Our Multi-Layered Packaging Methodology
Each item undergoes a customized, multi-stage process tailored to its material, age, fragility, and destination requirements.
Stage 2: Primary Cushioning & Immobilization
The item is immobilized using custom-cut, acid-free foam cradlesoft silicone padding. This prevents any micro-movement inside the primary container. Fragile elements are separately supported.
Stage 3: Custom-Built Housing
A rigid, double-walled inner box is constructed to exact dimensions. This box is then suspended within a larger outer crate using high-density shock-absorbent isolators, creating a "box-in-a-box" system crucial for impact resistance.
